We appreciate your interest in our wedding reception facilities here
at The Williams Inn. We do welcome the opportunity to host a reception
and take pride in serving the individual needs of each couple!
We usually do not have more than one reception per date so you can be
flexible in the timing of the reception. There is an initial fee
for use of our banquet space. A reception usually extends over a
six-hour time period. Additional time can be arranged in advance on
a per hour basis.

and buffet, hors d'oeuvres menu, and information about planning a

In selecting a plated meal, you may offer guests a choice of up to
three entree items (or just one entrée for all) but you do need to
keep track on the response cards of how many of each entree would
be required. These are merely a suggestion of the most popular
menu items, but we can customize a menu to your needs and taste.
You will note there are a couple of vegetarian items listed. There
is no problem in providing younger children with a kids meal.
We can comfortably accommodate parties of up to about 200
guests. Space allows for a head table (if wanted), dance floor,
area for a band or D.J., and a bar. Our banquet tables are rounds
for eight and would be covered with white cloths. Our standard
cloths are lap length but for an additional fee per table, we can
provide floor-length cloths. On hand are pink, white, dark green,
sage green, red, royal blue or purple napkins. Other colors can be
rented for a small charge. Provided is a cake table, gift table,
and place card table. Please note information includes a diagram
of the room showing it set to its maximum.
A private bar is usually set in the room for a fee. The bar
can run on a cash basis or host basis, or a combination - whichever
you specify. Or you may want to host beer, wine, and soda only,
with other drinks available for cash. It all depends upon what
you prefer to do.
